Importing to the bot will not add the plays to last.fm. They are not affiliated and therefore are not entirely connected.
Last.fm has a separate way to import your plays.
If your imports are not showing on the bot, run .u full and check again.

You can try switching modes with /import manage

Right now you have Spotify until full Last.fm, but in your case it would be better to switch to Full Spotify, then Last.fm
