As title says, the command only works in some servers for me, ran the refresh commands in both servers, list says its updated but when I run the command it says I'm not on the servers list. I don't understand why one server works fine with the commands but in others it functions correctly.

Does it persist if you try again around an hour later in the same server?

not sure, we've tried a few times over the past half an hour. refreshing then using the affinity command and getting told i'm not registered repeatedly
thought i should mention, other people in the server can and are using the command and it works as intended, but only when i try to use it, it doesn't work. and my profile will not show up on the list

Can you try doing .u full, wait a bit (like 30mins) and try again?
