Hello, I'm asking you to roll back 4 dragons to LV 60 with a change in difficulty in the bottomless dungeon. I bought 3 LVL 100 dragons with a special offer and did not know that the purchase would complicate the game of the bottomless dungeon, I do not need a refund, I only ask to change the dragons that are above LVL 60 to LVL 60. Please help, because it has become impossible to play the bottomless dungeon and there is almost no development, but I am interested in playing, and not just going in once a day to collect coins, and that's it. I'm asking you very much, I hope you can help me. 🙏
#Please return the four dragons to level 60 and change the difficulty in the bottomless dungeon.

Your only option is to open a ticket with #customer-care message and request a rollback of your progress to the pre-purchase state. That doesn't mean it will happen or is even possible

The usual recommendation is to either start a new game, or use the level 100s to clear both Normal and Heroic campaign maps to collect enough food to level up the dragons you actually want to use
what if my first purchase of a 100lvl dragon was about 2-4 years ago
There will be no rollback in that case
The few times I've heard of rollbacks being done, it was for only a few days, certainly not years
English only here
Well, I'm not eager to start a new game because I've invested a lot of money on acc
Sorry, I'm just using a Russian translator.

By completing the maps, or getting as far as possible, the amount of food and gold from side quests increases as the amounts are based on the farthest battle. You also get the maximum food and gold if that battle is won with 3 stars
Other than starting a new game, there really isn't anything else you can do except level up other dragons to replace the ones you no longer want to use. Dungeon scaling never goes down and the calculation is based on dragon level, enchantment, sigils and skills.
Well, you understand that leveling up the dragons for the team will take at least 2 years, assuming that I can still drop the game once every six months for a couple of months.
I didn't say it would be easy or fast
What if I sell those dragons that 100lv dungeon will lower the difficulty of the game?
It won't change anything and will, in fact, make it worse. Dungeon scaling does not go down, only up
I see
So you can't reduce the dragon's level to 60 lvl and lower the difficulty of the dungeon under any circumstances?
No. If you had just bought the pre-fed dragons, it might have been possible to roll back your progress a few days. However, under no current circumstance will the Dungeon scale be lowered
Of course, it will be easier to completely abandon the game than to spend 2 years pumping for a dungeon game.
That's your decision to make
Goodbye

It's just that, in fact, there is no indication when buying a 100lvl Dragon share that the strength of the opponents in the dungeon will be changed forever.
I want to ask one more question is it possible to transfer game progress to the new acc without dragon 100lvl
Customer Care will not merge accounts or transfer progress to another account
And we've been complaining about the pre-fed dragons, both level 50 and level 100, ever since the game started selling them because it ruins the Dungeon scaling.
I can ask you a question, you're just a moderator, as I understand it, you don't really solve anything here, but just advise and explain right
That's correct. If we can solve something, we do, but we do not have any access to game accounts. We can tell those asking questions whether or not Customer Care will do something and will always say to open a ticket if it's something we can't help with
We are also long-time players who know the game mechanics
here's a cheat, I want to ask you another question, what do you think if I go to chat with someone above you and start pumping them a pro about the fact that there is nowhere not specified in the action about changing the game difficulty without a refund and that this may prevent you from further pumping
That would be Customer Care and opening a ticket is how you get in contact with them
how do I contact someone above you in authority
