Facebook was removed as a connection in September 2025. If your game doesn't show your current progress, you'll need to open a ticket with #customer-care message and request account recovery. Depending on how long your account has been inactive, please be aware that the account may have been purged

In the customer care link above you could find information about the ticket status check channel. When to use it (if you’re waiting for an answer since more than 7 days and also there’s a description how to use it. I hope it helps, everything should be written there.
If you write to customer care, you‘re given a ticket number (conversation id). Each single case (consider it as a ticket) is given a number and is saved under that number.
