I am not able to claim my clan chests if anyone have any clue why please tell me

There isn't any claiming, afaik. It's automatic - when a milestone is reached, the rewards pop up on my screen

btw, if you joined the clan while this was going on, I don't think you get the rewards for milestones reached before you joined

Yes. For those who join a clan while an event is happening, they either can't participate at all or don't get any rewards already earned by the clan

The Clan Chest will reset soon and you would be able to get the rewards from the next round

Wait but in this screenshot u can see it says I have to get 14 keys to get the chests rewards and I already done that

U said the discount for the monthly pass happened at the and of season but which season I didn't quite get that part

It's not really a 'monthly' pass. Each DMP (Dragonmaster Pass) lasts for 28 days, called a Season. It's a subscription type item, meaning you have to buy it each season

I get that I am asking does the discount on that comes only one time or I can get it again as well 😅

It gets discounted in the last few days of each season

At the end of each event. This is not a monthly item; if it were, then a new season wouldn't be starting in 5 days
