I have palyed on Windows for 7 years and now I would like to be able to play on an android device like my phone or my tablet but it seems impossible. I have tried to install it on my phone and my tablet without success. I have spoken to support and their automatic response is to reinstall the game, start a new game , follow the first steps-tutorial and then connect to Gameloft club,. I have tried this multiple times yesterday and today and it doesnt work. I have asked chatGPT ang got a similar answer but nothimg works. I simply cant connect to Gameloft club and change player.Anyone who knows anything about this.? If so please help.

Typical that Gameloft has problems when I after a very long hesitation finally decided to try to play on android and try to change players ,,strange too that the support team doesnt seem to be aware of the GL problem ..

I don't know if the devs bothered telling support about it since they knew what the problem was and when and how the fix should be available
