There is nothing anyone here can do as mods do not work for Gameloft and the CMs do not work in Customer Care. According to the system, CC has been prompted to reply to you, so all you can do is wait
I want to ask you, is it reasonable that the problem I'm currently experiencing could take more than 6 months?
I have no idea? There may be an issue with locating the account, recovering the account or something else. As I said above, we do not work for Customer Care, so while we can assist with general questions and opening tickets from personal knowledge, once a ticket is opened, it's solely in the hands of Customer Care
My account doesn't have any issues. It's just that when the Facebook login option was removed, I really didn't know. I filed a report with customer service, but to this day, the issue hasn't been resolved. I've provided all the evidence they requested, including my account ID and proof of payment... this is completely unreasonable. I'm asking you to please convey my message to them so that the issue I'm experiencing can be resolved quickly.
I'm really frustrated with the time spent searching for my account. It's been over six months with no progress whatsoever. Even though the Facebook login option was removed, I probably only missed a week because I was busy. And with the evidence I've provided, my account should have been easy to find. Every time I ask them, "What difficulties are you experiencing that are taking this long?" they can't answer. I'm just a player who has spent a lot of money on my account. With all this time, I'm at a loss as to where to complain.
Please tell your development team to resolve the issue I'm currently experiencing. It's been over six months, and this is unreasonable. I also want to play with my account. If this continues, I'll lose even more progress. I've been patient for the past six months, but it seems my patience is being disrespected. They should be able to copy my account to my new one, as I've provided all the evidence they requested.
You can always reply to the last response you received from Customer Care and complain to them about the delay. There is literally nothing anyone on this server can do to resolve your issue
btw, the #tickets-status-check simply checks the status of a ticket in the system. It does not communicate with Customer Care staff

Dude, I understand you. The best you can do is keep trying, but even that might not solve it. I waited 11 months for Gameloft to fix the problem with my game, but I only regained access to it when I was able to change computers.
I would say that Gameloft has one of the worst customer support services of all companies; sometimes it seems like they don't even read what you write before responding, don't you agree?
But regarding your question, keep insisting, and keep waiting. That's the best you can do right now.

If the company isn't there for the community, the community is there for the community.
But sometimes we are powerless when it comes to the things that really matter.
I think they only think about profit without thinking about their fans, and the most hated words when customer service says that (it takes a long time that cannot be determined).
That's why I say the community needs a "spokesperson".

@quartz jetty I also filed similar complaint a year ago related to my facebook login but they haven't been able to resolve it , these guys really are hopeless 🥲
I've provided all the evidence they requested, including my account ID, Facebook ID, and proof of payment. With this strong evidence, my account should have been easily recovered, but what happened? It's been almost 7 months without any progress at all. Honestly, with this problem, Gameloft is very clever at making me frustrated. 😭

After the Facebook login option was removed, I could no longer log in to my account, because my account was only connected to a Facebook account.

you should write either in the in-game chat or mail Customer Care, not "check the ticket status"
