once you opened a ticket with customer care, you then have a conversation ID in the chat.

let's assume that your ticket id / number is "12345"
then you have to enter /ticket 12345 in the #tickets-status-check channel

The system is not live. It simply checks the current status of your ticket

CC responds when they respond. Sometimes it's within 1-2 days, others 1-2 weeks and we have no control over it
Did you write to customer care within the last 7 days? It will only advance if it’s more than 7 days. You probably still need to wait a little bit longer

You sent it when you wrote here? It was three days ago. Please bear a little bit more patience, the ticket status check escalates your ticket when it’s more than 7 days without an answer
