Hi, during Enchanted Frenzy event i got 53000 trinlets from APEX event , so as long as they state verry clear that trinkets are 2X from any source i consider that is a right thing to receive double the amount. I have submited a ticket to CC but they came with a negative answer after more than 2 weeks of waiting . Can a CM escalate this and give me a propper solution, please?

  1. The CMs have no ability to escalate/change a CC decision; no one on this server does
  2. The Apex event is brand new, so whether trinkets won in it should or shouldn't be included in x2 Enchanted Frenzy is decided by the devs; maybe there will be a change in the next Apex event or they could change the wording of Enchanted Frenzy
  3. See # 2 and realize that you aren't going to get the 'proper' resolution you obviously want, which is x2 your 53,000 trinkets

I understand , but last time when i bought an offer for 10k trinkests during EF event they double it. And as long as in the event is write " ANY Source" i consider is the right thing to do it.

An offer isn't an event. It's certainly not a new event. If you wish to report it as a possible bug, you can do so by posting in #1024200370035101776 and it will be passed on to the devs. It's not something anyone here on the server can help you with
