As you were told in #game-chat message, Facebook has been removed as a social connection (as of September 16, 2025). You'll need to open a ticket with Customer Care for assistance with account recovery (#customer-care message)

Opening a ticket in-game uses the Player ID of the current install; also use it if opening via web link. Select Progress as your issue. When you get to the explanation box, list your old friend code if you have it (if you ever sent it to friends, maybe you can find it in old messages), the email attached to your Facebook account, approximately the last time you played, and that you want to recover your account.

If you open a ticket in-game, do not uninstall DML for any reason unless told to by Customer Care. If you uninstall, then you'll lose access to the ticket conversation
