Reporting a bug, its still here.
I have already tried contacting support through the official website, but I only receive automated replies.
I have already followed all the suggested steps (reinstall, reset, repair, clear cache, PowerShell re-register, Windows and driver updates). My internet connection is stable, and I have closed all background applications. None of them solved the problem. The game still crashes every single time on the loading screen, before I can even log in.
This is clearly not a connectivity or reinstall issue, but a technical problem with the Windows Store version. Please escalate this ticket to a technical specialist — I don’t want to lose my progress, and I cannot play at all.
