hello, I was trying to get tickets from ottos lottery and after watching an ad, the wheel’s spin doesnt pop up anymore and later it says to check back later. Therefore I checked it after 1 day and it still says that. Is this a common bug and how do I fix it?

As most ad types have a limit, you might have to wait for a daily reset. There are 2 of them, the first in ~1 hour, the second in ~4 hours.
