#How do I delete my account?

iOS and Android have the Delete Account button underneath connections. If you're on Windows, there is no button so you'll have to open a ticket and request it.
First, it is NOT an instant delete. Once Customer Care receives the request to delete the account, they'll suspend access for 30 days to give you time to change your mind before it disappears forever.
Second, you won't have access to a new game until that 30-day period expires as it will remain on your device. Sometimes uninstall/reinstall will open with a new game, but mostly it will just open with your suspended account.

I was planning to restart and play with my friend but I'm not that far through so I will just let him catch up
But I accidently set my account age lower than 18 so I can't add any connections
Will that mean I can't have backup for it and could lose it?
CC can fix the age on an account if you're old enough in your region (or with parental consent if your region allows that). Unfortunately, without a social connection, your game is at risk
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what is CC?
Is it like opening a ticket or just game support?

@ocean ocean Not sure if I can ask you here since its a bit off topic, but my friend can't seem to watch ads in the game to get rewards and stuff, any ideas why?
It's something that seems to be affecting random accounts. Your friend should open a ticket with Customer Care to have them check it out. If your friend is on Windows, use the link below to open the ticket; if on iOS or Android, open the ticket in-game. (see #customer-care message for more info)
