You could go to #tickets-status-check and let your ticket be checked. After one week of waiting you could do it, 3 weeks of waiting is too long. I hope they can help you soon šŸ€

Response times are currently slow, so about a week. CC works normal business hours M-F which doesn't help

You have the conversation id. With this you can check the status of the ticket again in #tickets-status-check
Until it gets listed as ā€œclosedā€ you don’t need to panic.

There is not much you (or we) can do but wait
