I received this error after sometime not playing the game. Please help.

All DML accounts on APA and EUR (all platforms) were migrated during October and November to a new server (gold0029). As with yours, some accounts had issues after migrating.

First, open the game again and write down or take a screenshot of your Player ID on the opening screen (until conversion, it will show the one you're used to). If your game is connected to Facebook, you can try uninstall/reinstall, then connecting to FB to retrieve your progress. The data download of the retrieved account will take longer because it's starting from zero. If it doesn't work or you get that message again, you will have to contact Customer Care.

If it does work, great. Please note that after conversion you will have a new recruitment code and Player ID. You will also be able to retrieve your progress on any platform using the FB connection or the new Gameloft Club save
