Hi, i play in Pc and android
2 days ago the GemeloftClub option disappeared from my phone but it is still available on my PC. Is this a bug or do I have to download GooglePlay or something? (I'm from Peru)

If the option was available on your phone before disappearing, please open a ticket with Customer Care in-game on the phone. Google Play is not required.

There appear to be some issues with the Club. Someone else recently posted that it disappeared from their options (I still have the option on my Android phone). Also, the shop doesn't allow purchases for some while it does for others.

I opened the ticket since it happened, how long can it take?

Normal response is 12-72 hours, but it can take longer. Right now, it seems to be taking about a week
