#Disconnected clan members

Our clan Calypso is blocked because 4 of our best and most valuable members are completely disconnected from the clan ! They can login the game, are listed in the clan list - but see no available clan symbol !! How can Team Calypso counteract in the ranking if their players get blocked !
And no support at all !
We try to communicate since days - but no answer at all !

Several clans faced the same problem (mostly on iOS, but also on win).
We had duplicate postings, and I read about it in the language channels.
