Who gets what for sale varies by region, subset of players, or whatever Gameloft decides at any given time. There is nothing to do except wait.
btw, I know it's very tempting, but if you play Dungeon, please don't buy the pre-leveled dragons unless your team is already at that level. The level difference will ruin your Dungeon for months, if not longer, and selling it won't change that
