This is what is supposed to happen:
When you install the game on the new device, be sure to make the age high enough that you'll be able to access the Connect to Social Network button. Go to that button as soon as the game lets you (you may have to complete the tutorial first), connect to your FB account, and you should get a conflict screen showing the new game progress on your left and your real progress on the right. Select your progress, remove/delete the other progress if asked, then the game will restart and load your progress.

DML doesn't support cross-platform play. Android platforms must be exact matches: Google Android is not compatible with Huawei Android; a game downloaded from the Samsung shop is not compatible with one downloaded from the Play Store; Amazon is a separate platform

You shouldn't reuse a Facebook account anyway. Create a new Facebook account and connect to it.
