Can’t move dragon

Why can’t I move her? There’s space in other habitats and I want to put her in a legendary habitat that has space. She isn’t busy, she’s just standing there. But it won’t let me move her

Do you have an active Dungeon brawl? If a dragon is in the lineup, you can't move it until the brawl is done
