Unable to buy anything in the game , having problems since the 10k gem offer

So ... All this started after I bought the 10k gem offer and now I can't buy any gems from the shop ( the shop is empty ) , there are no promotion dragons in my " promotions section " in the game , can't buy the castle event currency, can't buy the gem island

Also there is a closed clam in place of the usual clan lmbo
