One of my clan mates is having trouble with the events not showing, they are trying to do Dragons Delight and it’s not showing for them but the dorbs appear, they tried closing the game and reopening it multiple times and they contacted CC but I don’t think they’ll receive an answer on time as it ends tonight. What should they do?

My clan mate still seems to have trouble with the events not showing, they tried everything from close info the same to turning the device off and nothing. CC told them to do what they had already done. Anyone else know what to do?
