I can't claim rewards in cake craze

I have finished the cake craze event but I can't claim some rewards especially the dragon
What should I do???

Please open a ticket with Customer Care, attach a screenshot of your progress and be specific about which rewards you couldn't claim. Unfortunately, this is just another bugged event milestone. See #1190662983219695706

In-game, tap/click on the ⚙️ for Settings, then tap on Customer Care.

• iOS/Android - tap the chat icon in the upper right corner to start the ticket bot
• Windows - you'll be redirected to the web support page; tap/click the chat icon in the upper right corner (it's pale orange on light blue and hard to see but it's there)
