can’t level up clan dragon

Every time I try to level up Chip it always tells me there’s no connection what should I do? And my connection is fine of course

If you have joined the clan after the event started you are not able to use them now. It’s a known bug.

You need to wait until tomorrow when the clan event is over, then it should be okay again.
If not, write to customer care then
