Q: I am a paying member of the YouTube channel, where is my member's role?!
A: Go ahead and sync your YouTube account with your Discord account by going into User Settings > Connections > YouTube
➥ Discord will automatically sync with your YouTube account and you can hit the "Join Server" button to get your special
membership role - please wait up to 24 hours for Discord's member-sync to kick in
Q: Why should I join TG's YouTube channel and link my Discord account?
A: YouTube Members have access to the full TG Elite Discord. Without joining and linking your YouTube account you are only enjoying a small piece of everything we have to offer!
➥ YouTube Members have an exclusive chat where you just never know when TG, Samara or another creator might pop in to say hi
➥ And don't forget YouTube Members have the chance to actually play with TG in custom games once you verify #❓how-to-verify
Q: Why are the names different colors? What does it all mean and how do I get my name a different color?
A: Everyone that joins gets the white member role. You gain xp while you are active in chat
➥ At level 5 you can go to #🌈role-colors to choose from more options
➥ You unlock a new color name every five levels and can check your level at anytime by typing !rank in #☔rank-check
➥You won't be able to type in all the channels right away! Go to #✨roles to see what level you need to unlock all the channels
Q: My friend was banned but they are changed now - can they have a second chance?
A: If you are banned for racism, homophobia, threats of violence or doxxing there is no chance for a ban appeal
➥ If the ban was for arguing with members, spamming or being defiant to moderators you may have a chance of a ban appeal. You may send an email to tgbanappeal@gmail.com with your Discord name and why you deserve to be unbanned
Q: How do I get into custom games?
A: You need the Elite role to join custom games. You must be Level 5 or a YouTube Member. You can check your level by typing !rank in #☔rank-check

➥ Information on current or future custom games will be posted in #⛏join-customs
➥ If you are shown to be an excellent member of the Elite you may be hand-selected by TG to join the Super Elite. Super Elite members receive custom codes first and have the opportunity to participate in more recordings with larger roles
Q: What do I do if someone is bullying me in chat or in private messages?
A: Please go to #📬contact-staff and open a ticket to talk directly to a moderator
