that's not their issue, also that issue is an actual skill issue
you most likely corrupted your instance by either pressing play before it was finished or adding mods that are incompatible, suprisingly not java 22 this time so you can just remove it off the instances page and make a new one (with a unique name) and it would work fine

if you are keeping the same name as the og install (aka 1.21.5) its just going to keep what already exists

it only "properly" uninstalls old content once play is pressed
