Is there a way when playing on a server thats 1.21.11 to see the spears how they normally look even on 1.21.5?

that server needs to have ViaVersion, ViaRewind and ViaBackwards

and then i will beable to see the spears? Because right now all i see is a sword of that same type and it says 1.21.11 diamond spear
