minecraft itself is not downloaded as apart of questcraft

I would just suggest reinstalling the entire launcher, uninstall it, restart your quest (to be safe), then reinstall it, log back in, then try to download again

#

as a note if you are on a slower connection as its downloading content for the first time give it a few seconds before you press the play button
