Depends on the mod, you could use vr mobile station and install a apk from the mod you want and import it into your quest craft files

Watch a vid on how to install forge mods itll help better, js know most forge mods will crash ur game or wont run

tf, I remember those shaddy modding apps for pocket edition, but installing forge mods through apks sounds like bullshit to me, especially with keeping in mind that more than 99% of devices that forge is been run on doesn't support installing apks (first party)
