Manually updating Kirara's constellation on Desptop just caused my Character tab to be completely grey, even though it used to accurately count my constellations of characters

I just spent an hour manually filling in the character page's constellations, and it just deleted all of my work for no reason and is back to being fully grey...I've legit used this website for 2 years with 0 issues what is going on

The website just deleted all my character data again. From what I've tested, manually updating cons for Neuvillette/Furina/Charlotte/Kirara breaks it and resets it to grey. (Updating other new characters, such as Wriothesley/Lyney/Lynette all work just fine, so I'm not sure what the common denominator is).

There's two other unsolved threads with this same issue named "When adding Kirara or Charlotte cons" and "Issue with recording Cons in the Character screen and lag". It appears this has been happening for multiple months with no solution
