I don't know much about Wanderer, but as for Alhaitham, the build is quite good!
The only possible improvements that I can see to it would be to exchange a bit of crit dmg to EM, given that his kit scales quite well with elemental mastery - and even more with LoFI.

I'd aim for 300 EM. You could get more with, let's say, Nahida Q buffs. Baizhu and Albedo also adds to your EM count, if you choose to use them.

Any of them would be a great addition to your team. I'd just try to raise Nahida's crit rate in the future.

I've run Nahida, Baizhu, Alhaitham and Yae in the past. It's surprisingly effective.

Fischl could be a good substitute for Yae, if you don't have her.
