I got Neuvillette, then when I added him to my character roster on paimon.moe it deleted all my other character + constellation data. Everything else (wish data, achievements, etc.) was unaffected. I re-input everything and it was all going fine until Kirara, where the same thing happened and everything got deleted again. I tried a few times making sure my internet is fine and everything is syncing properly and found that this only happens when I edit any constellation data on Kirara or Neuvillette, nobody else (or at least nobody else that I have).
I attached a video of it happening in case the problem wasn't clearly described.
