I'm thinking about put Kokomi in a freeze team or bloom team.
The freeze team would be
Kokomi (as DPS)
Kaeya (as Sub-dps)
Kazuha (as Support)
Layla (Shield)

and the bloom team would be
Kaveh (as DPS)
Fischl (as Sub-dps off field)
Dendro traveler (as support)
Kokomi (healer)

Bloom teams are terrible without Nilou, so you're better off doing Hbloom. As for freeze, you normally want Ayaka or Ganyu to be the main DPS because Kokomi doesn't really do a lot of damage. This is just a meta perspective though.

Comparing these 2, Freeze team will be more better
Nilou is required for a bloom team.
