I have this issue since the last Shenhe banner, i have tried clearing the cache, disabling adblocker, and the ctr+shift+R. And i still get those red letters , i checked the discord for a bit and didnt find anything similar. Just to be clear the last time i imported was around march, and i also have my backup on excel. Finally the screenshot is from the Method 1, however i couldnt import with method 2 either, and apparently im too slow to do it manually since it always said links expired to me.

it's usually some DNS issue, e.g. some government blocks access to github for some reason ¯_(ツ)_/¯
