I currently have Collei at C4 but I'm planning to C6 her. And I'm wondering if its worth it? I'm a Raiden shogun main.

Investing in someone like Yaoyao would be better, but Collei isn't totally unplayable. There are just better alternatives. There are plenty of dendro characters to choose from at this point with two more coming out next patch.
