I think better focus on HP build, i tried before with 55K max HP and have heavy shield, not easily destroyed (unless the shield time runs out), the burst damage isn't much but it's okay because it can be filled by other damage dealers, and use 4 set Tenacity of the Millelith (artifact).
@random mulch has leveled up to LEVEL 1

If you want try to get weapon 5 stars Staff of Homa, the passive is provides an ATK Bonus based on 0,8% of the wielder's Max HP, besides that, his second stat is Crit DMG, need Crit Rate stat on Criclet of Logos

Deathmatch is a good alternative if you don't have a Homa laying around for a burst support build. You could use the Catch if you're F2P, but it would be better on Raiden/Xiangling.
Just go 4 Emblem with HP%/Geo/Crit and it'll be more than enough HP for a decent shield. If you pick up like 15-20% in HP% subs, it should put you pretty close to 30k if you're just 80/80.
I run him as burst support as well.
This is mine, emblem domain sucks so I opt for something that I have
Alternative weapon that I used before:
- Lithic spear (high refine can be more or less the same as homa r1 with an all liyue party e.g: double hydro tao), even with 3 liyue the damage difference is probably very close
- pjws: less damage than full powered lithic due to not able to use its stack
- deathmatch
- favonius lance: best 4* imo, provided you lose a bit damage but you provide energy for party
- skyward spine
- wavebreaker
I have a skyward spine r1 is that good? My xl has the catch

Skyward spine is alright, its burst uptime is good if you really care about that
I personally find er above 120 is unnecessary, but it's probably my team setup
