I'm dumb and didn't include screenshot and didn't know that this topic won't delete the usual way.
Anyway, in any version for the site the spelling I see is Kiev, which isn't the correct one, Kyiv. Just noticed and sorry for my behaviour in topics it's my first time using it actually.

yeah, that isn't up for translation. it gets location data from ip, and who knows where the names are gotten from
basically, nothing can be done
