The wishes does not update. I used the powershell method and manual method. When I tried to import first time, It showed that there will be added standard wishes, character event and weapon event wishes. And it did update standard wishes, but not event. After retrying import it showed that event wishes will be updated(without standard this time)(screen 1). But still no update. I also tried to import on new-created empty account and it successfully added wishes to it. I tried to restore data from old account on new account and then import last wishes again, but it also didn't work.
