Have you restarted the game? That error happens a lot when people have the game running for a long time.

yup ive closed and reopen it multiple times. restarted power shell again too

I've used method 2 because I have several accounts and I don't like restarting, but I never actually pasted what is copied from the wishing history

You just copy it, go back to powershell and press enter without pasting it
