Running this on an unrestricted administrative powershell session gives me this

Saving the script and running locally seems to work with the fallback method

@surreal badge you either call powershell iex (irm ...) in Run (win+R) or call iex (irm ...) in powershell directly

no need to open powershell as admin, the script will elevate itself only when necessary
