This is the third time I've written an idea, I want to say that I have an idea for radical methods for "Native game optimization." And here's how it can be done. 1) The ability to turn off tree rendering And also small details all over the map. 2) Make the water immobile. Yes, this has a huge impact on the frame rate. When I noticed this, I immediately realized that this could be the reason for the low frame rate
This will make the game popular because the game can be played well on weak devices, perhaps this will be a good step in the history of this game
#Total optimization for weak devices

it's not made to play on weak, more incompatible devices like especially mobile platforms, so basically if you're asking for full compatibility on a weaker mobile device, they're most likely never gonna release it.
it's made to play on more powerful devices like PCs or laptops.
@slate swift have you looked in the settings? There is already an option to disable water waves, as well as an option to disable global shadows, and small roof details
Even with all the settings turned off, the ocean still moves
The ocean needs to stop moving completely
so you've tried the "render ocean waves" with the "off" setting?
I know for a fact that mine don't move
My game crashes before I can even reach the settings
i think he is mistaking the floating point thing for moving water
Yes, that's true, even with the settings turned off, the ocean still moves
It's shaking
yeah that's floating point screwing with the textures
can't fix that one
that's not the water moving...
it's a texture glitch/bug due to floating point error or something that doesn't decrease your FPS
