I'm not sure how to explain this, but the intended effect is seen when you place smaller planes/cars into larger planes. For me, the camera feels to be focusing on the top half of the plane so the rest of it looks unbalanced. If the axis could be lower but still rise to the window position in first person, the game might actually look and feel better (for me at least).
Don't mind the background noise and the incredibly low frames lol
A good solution could be to add an [insert value] offset setting for the x, y and z axis, as my particular request might not be what everyone wants. Some may want a similar idea, but for different reasons. This could allow us players to revolve around the cockpit, choose different windows to view from, maybe film something similar to the tail cam on the a350 and a380, but it will certainly allow us to take better and cooler screenshots that could not have been achieved before!
A system could be made to store axis location presets, with an additional option to return to the center when in first person. A small "REVERT" button next to each axis for a quick snap back to center (0,0,0) would also be necessary.
