I feel like it tends to be new members of the community who rush to suggestions to suggest vehicles/mechanics and may not have taken the time to familiarize themselves with aeronautica's databases such as the trello. (which for many, may be the first time using trello)
Additionally many may jump to the conclusion that the pinned suggestion forum message named suggestion rules is the complete word of law. (Although #suggestion-rules and #rejected-suggestions are mentioned in the pinned post, these new players seem to often not read them or survivorship bias.png me ig) I feel like the channel suggestion rules and the pinned forum can be combined together and leave just rejected suggestions as it's own channel.
Flowchart
To address what feels to me like a longstanding issue of people not checking the trello, I think the current general suggestion flowchart is good and making a vehicle suggestion specific flowchart would be beneficial to new players. Which they'd skip over regardless
What I have in mind is a flowchart which gives the specific instructions as to how to find out if your vehicle is a valid suggestion or not (i.e. also including stats, blueprints, mockup evidence that isn't AI generated cough cough
It'd also include some basic internet navigation things that not everyone necessarily knows (control + f, the development trello navigation, variants of aircraft being in trello cards)
