#Add a "DF" or "Dealer Fresh" tag to the auction channel

There has long been a specific tag that applies to epic status vehicles in #1091059598842150972, but imo there should also be one for dealer fresh vehicles (vehicles that are brand-new, never used, with 0 minutes and 0 miles on them).

Often times, DF status is just as if not more important than ES, particularly for badge planes where they can be worth more if still in mint condition.
