#Better stall mechanics

We should have better physics for stalling, like velocity and lift and such, instead of just having the plane fall nose down, we should also still be able to control the plane as it's stalling and not have the controls just not respond so that we can have more control of our vehicle as it is stalling, that'd be nice, thanks

The best fix to this imo is just add a bad version of PSM to all planes, but PSM isn’t great anyway
