The Bartini A-2500 was a proposed ekranoplan by the soviet union in the late 70's. It had a small flight deck, and speeds up to 500km/h
It works similar to the other ekranoplans in game, and has similar speeds to them.
It could be purchasable for similar prices to the USS Nimitz and be of legendary status and be purchased at Northiachev Experimental works
