Self explanatory. While it is possible to refuel at an oil rig after ending flight, this will cancel job chaining. As a balancing measure, the fuel could be more expensive than regular fuel found at airports. My uncle works on an oil rig in the South China Sea, and can confirm aviation-grade fuel is present upon oil rigs to refuel VTOL aircraft or helicopters.
