so basically its just a thing in like settings or in the tab button where it says "custom time" and you can set the time to whatever you like, or you can slow down or speed up the day. it only affects you, kinda like what they have in project flight.

so basically the same universal clock will still be there set to its normal time and normal speed and whatnot

doing this would probably increase that

since each player needs there own environment control

aero is server based iirc
it's gonna be difficult to change the time for your perspective in a server, like the time, which is saved and updated in the server

best option would be to switch servers until you find a time you like
