Its sort of a huey.
Its a Bell 214 but with 2 GE engines instead of 1 lycoming, and a bunch of fuselage and aerodynamic changes that make it look funky. Its much bigger than a regular 214, seating 16 to 18 passengers. It also can fit either skids or wheels.

Bell 214ST

The Bell 214ST is a medium-lift, twin-engine helicopter descended from Bell Helicopter's ubiquitous UH-1 Huey series. Though it shares a type number with the somewhat-related Bell 214, the 214ST is larger and of quite different appearance.
