Make these two warnings toggleable in interface settings

I know they're on, I'm actively holding a button for them to be engaged, and I can see both already with everything else on the left. It's more distracting than helpful.

i've accidentally left them on many times unintentionally

It's beneficial for people who find it distracting, and doesn't affect the people who like it

There are still SOME planes without visible airbrakes i think, and quite many with barely visible ones

the avro rj (bae 146-300 ingame) has airbrakes i think

have a try with it, its quite interesting
